Right-click on the Attendance Manager program on your desktop.
\nChoose Properties.
\nand you can find the location of the file. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Method 1:
\nOpen the program.
\nIt will ask you to activate.
\nSelect Yes.
\nThen choose Activate Device.
\nConnect the device to the computer.
\nand set the connection.
\nand then click Connect.
\nThe program will be activated.
\nIn our user manual there are details. <\/p>\n

Method 2:
\nName the Attlic.hdd file in the installation file.
\nOpen it via Wordbad and type “8888” then save and close.
\nOpen the attendance management program.
\nand tell us the number in the dialog box.
\nWe will give you the activation number to log in.
\nYou can activate the program. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\nFind the file tt2000.mdb.

First, log in to check your shift schedule settings.
\nIn a normal situation, the schedule name appears in the appropriate time box in blue color.
\nIf there is no issue.
\nEnter the employees shift list.
\nView the employees’ shift start date.
\nThe start date is before the calculation and counting time range.
\nisn’t it?
\nIf not.
\narrange the shift again.

You can add a blank schedule.

Make sure the time range you want to report on is consistent with the original time and attendance time uploaded.
\nor does it not.
\nThe attendance record can be viewed for the day, month and year.
\nafter loading.
\nor open the database (att2000.mdb).
\nEnter check the scheduled entry and exit time.
\nCan see all the original record.
\nCheck the period placed as it is in the original or not.
\nPlease pay attention that the report for the whole year can make some errors if the date is wrong, so the report will be wrong. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Examine the time period of your shift first.
\nConfirm your attendance record is in the check-out period for example
\nYou set up a check-out time of 17:00 to 18:00.
\nYou check out at a standard time of 16:
\n30:30.
\nSo the record is invalid.
\nand the system neglects these numbers (in judgment of attendance.
\nnot departure is the negligence) Then check whether your attendance time is correct or not. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t There are \"came late\" and \"went early\" in the attendance calculation but not in the report.<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Please look at the attendance calculation in the attendance rules.
\nSee if the check work is in the log:
\nCome late\/go early check mark or not.
\nIf it has been marked so that the system will ignore it and indicate comes late\/goes early. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The program needs to set up the time period for the shift and then it can be combined with the schedule.

This is because you are using Bioclock I\/II.
\nthe default value is Check In.
\nbut it does not affect the time and attendance calculation.
\nIf you are using the device with the appropriate key (button).

This is because you have made a departure for the first employee.

\nIf you want to delete the employee.

1. Open an Attendance Reporting account<\/p>\n

2. Click on “Account”.
\nAfter Account.
\nPress Ctrl + F11.
\nand the check box will appear named Report Designer. <\/p>\n

3.
\nClick Preview Report.
\nClick on the report you want to edit.
\nand then you can edit it? <\/p>\n

4. After editing save and exit.<\/p>\n

5. If you want to preview the report.
\nplease do not choose Report Designer.

We store the language files in the localefile of att.dat.
\nThe system supports three languages:
\nSimplified Chinese is attcheckin.chs.
\nEnglish is attcheckin.en.
\nTraditional Chinese is attcheckin.cht.
\nWe advise you to install the system again if you want to switch the language.
\nIf you want it to support another language.
\nplease modify as follows:
\nAn example from Arabic. <\/p>\n

1. Translate the content of attcheckin.en into Arabic
\nand rename it to attcheckin.alb.
\n2. Change the localefile value in att.dat as attacheckin.alb.
\n3. Modify the report files as Arabic in RptList_e.cfg.
\n(English report)
\n4. Modify the word as in the Arabic LeavClass table and the LeaveClass1 table from the database.
