Attendance management

Right-click on the Attendance Manager program on your desktop.
Choose Properties.
and you can find the location of the file.

Method 1:
Open the program.
It will ask you to activate.
Select Yes.
Then choose Activate Device.
Connect the device to the computer.
and set the connection.
and then click Connect.
The program will be activated.

Method 2:
Name the Attlic.hdd file in the installation file.
Open it via Wordbad and type “8888” then save and close.
Open the attendance management program.
and tell us the number in the dialog box.
We will give you the activation number to log in.
You can activate the program.

Because you’ve never installed many of our programs.
and deleted some of them.
You can handle the file named zkemkeeper.dll in the program directory.
This way:
Click “Start” “Run”.
Enter “regsyr32” and the directory of zkemkeeper.dll. Click the “OK” button.
and everything will be fine

Your computer must have Office2000 initially.
Then enter the presence software installation catalog.
Find the file tt2000.mdb.
double-click.
Find the user info menu, double-click on security flags.
and remove all settings from the list in the sentence (15 indicate administrator).

Enter and set up a management program.

Examine the time period of your shift first.

You set up a check-out time of 17:00 to 18:00.

So the record is invalid.
and the system neglects these numbers (in judgment of attendance.
not departure is the negligence) Then check whether your attendance time is correct or not.

Please look at the attendance calculation in the attendance rules.
See if the check work is in the log:
Come late/go early check mark or not.
If it has been marked so that the system will ignore it and indicate comes late/goes early.

(2) Set up an unnecessary time slot for time and attendance.

The timesheet is used to account with employees.

The program needs to set up the time period for the shift and then it can be combined with the schedule.
Please check the time period if it exists or not.

Download the update program from our website www.zksoftware.com.
Double-click on it.
Enter your program directory.
and then click OK.

Set the threshold for each departure in “Normal Mode” and save and exit the program.
and then open the program again.

In Shift Timetable Maintenance.
Add a new timetable.
Then choose the Fixed Overtime time block.
and click on “OT Count”.
Set OT minutes.

This is because you are using Bioclock I/II.
the default value is Check In.
but it does not affect the time and attendance calculation.
If you are using the device with the appropriate key (button).

We store the language files in the localefile of att.dat.
The system supports three languages:
Simplified Chinese is attcheckin.chs.
English is attcheckin.en.
Traditional Chinese is attcheckin.cht.
We advise you to install the system again if you want to switch the language.
If you want it to support another language.
please modify as follows:
An example from Arabic.

1. Translate the content of attcheckin.en into Arabic
and rename it to attcheckin.alb.
2. Change the localefile value in att.dat as attacheckin.alb.
3. Modify the report files as Arabic in RptList_e.cfg.
(English report)
4. Modify the word as in the Arabic LeavClass table and the LeaveClass1 table from the database.
5. Restart the time and attendance program

Stanalone Fingerprint Autonomous Device

If the user’s fingerprint is invalid and cannot be verified.
Please delete it and then add the fingerprint again.
or use a different finger to enroll instead.
Choose the best fingers for enrollment (less wrinkles.
no peeling.
etc.)
When the user registers, please make sure the finger covers the largest area on the sensor.
Check immediately after enrollment.
It is recommended to enroll more than one fingerprint per user.

Possible causes:

(1) Wrong COM setting.
The COM port is other than the COM port that is actually used.

(2) Determine the baud rate on the COM port of the computer and the fingerprint device are different.

(3) The device is not connected to power or a computer.

(4) Choosing the wrong device number.

(5) The data transmission cable is down.

(6) The COM port on the computer is disabled.

(1) The main board of the device does not work for a station.
Contact your supplier and return the product for repair.

(2) Internal LCD screen issue.
You need to contact your supplier and return the product for repair

Make sure the device is connected to your computer.
Go to Device Manager in the program and click on the page label Management.
Click the Cancel Administrator button.
and then Block it.
After that the menu speaks.

When connecting to a unit using RS232 communications then the baud rate on the device and the programs are not the same.
If using RS-485.
the cause may be from the connecting wires being switched with each other or the wires touching each other.

Possible causes:

(1) The fingerprint sensor is dirty or scratched.
If it is dirty you can use adhesive tape to remove it.

(2) The wire connected to the sensor.

(3) The chip is responsible for sensing the faulty fingerprint.
Contact your supplier if it is suspected number 2 or 3.

This could be the result of a communications cable.
switch or COM port on the computer.
This can affect the baud rate on the connections.
Adjust the baud rates to 9600 or 19200 and then try again.

Speaker or sound chip is not working

Please check that the fingerprint sensor cord is not damaged or broken.
Please send it in for repair.

There may be a malfunction in the device’s battery.
Please send it back to your supplier for repair.

Using Notepad to open Attcheckin.dat in the installation catalog: LastCheckTime = 37,935,4607619213, WaintingUploadUsers = NJY2DQ050TkNcg ==, AdminUser = 111.

Open the Att2000.mdb database, and then again
open USERINFO.
Then you will see there is a line in USERID.
(how many administrators are there.
and how many lines there will be).
Then delete it.

Please make sure you have connected the URU sensor.
Then check if there is a “Biometrics” tab in Device Manager.
Then check if there is a “Biokey 200 Fingerprint Reader” written by ZKSoftware company under Biometrics.
If there is any such information.
the URU may be unlinked or the port is ineffective.
Please try on another computer.
If the USB port of the device is working and your URU is not working.
please contact us. If there is information above.
There is no URU license.
please contact us.

The URU scanner definition may be corrupted.
Please uninstall it and reinstall the driver.
To completely uninstall a driver, please follow the steps below:

(1) Run the “Add/Delete” action on the control panel.
De-identify the fingerprint scanner.

(2) Run “Run Regedit.exe” in “RUN” and then delete the following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ DigitalPersona.

(3) Delete DP*.
DLL under Windows / System.

(4) Delete the program files / DigitalPersona.

When installing the fingerprint scanner identification.
You need to type in a 16 digit number if you don’t type in 1234567890123456.
You have to modify the settings from the link HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ DigitalPersona in Regedit.exe.

(a) Initially.
Copy the activation key to install the driver.
Backup method:
Open Regedit.
then choose “[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Digital Persona]”.
Click “Files” in the menu -> “Export…”.
Then export regedit to files.
It is important to update the version.
If you operate incorrectly it will lead to a lack of UR U2000/U.R. U4000 fingerprints.
(b) After the backup.
uninstall the old driver.
restart your computer and install the Biokey200/U. R. U4000 operator (c) Output file backup Regedit to Regedit.
Finish uploading the launcher.
(d) Download the online program upgrade.
Then install it.
It will show you the option to make replacement of old files.
(e) Finish the upgrade.

Please refer to the ATTFACE.DOC file under the Attendance Software subdirectory.

Open the attachment.dat file for the time and attendance catalog.
and find Modify Mode from 0 to 1 Flip, Save, and Exit.

Biometric access systems

Directly enter the value (0) and save

When the time zone of all users is 0.
“whether use time zone” must be “yes”.

We still recommend 38400 for that.

The default language of our program is Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English.
They are zkemnetman.chs, zkemnetman.cht, and
zkemnetman.en.
Please change the zkemnetman.en file if you want to change the English language to the other language.
